Why We Were Made

Lord I surrender my all to You
I’m thankful that You have delivered me
Cleansed me from the sin within my heart
Justified me and made me clean.

Lord I confessed my sins to You
Rejected the wrongs that I liked to do
You removed all the idols from my mind
Made me righteous and purified.

My Lord I live to do Your will
Won’t sin anymore, keep Your peace within
Obey Your Law and keep the Faith
For this is the reason why I was made.

To show the world that You’re God Alone
God in being, not made or formed
So I’ll live for You, and no one else
Slave of sin no more, filled with Your Righteousness.

Please help me remain a true child of Yours
Separate from the world, which is Your call
For they must see that You dwell in me
Now born of Your Word, and made sinfree.

What You’ve done for me, You can do for them
Save them from their sins, give them peace within
For You sent Your Son to provide this gift
Salvation for all, and Your Righteousness.

But they must confess their sins to You
Turn away from the wrong things they like to do
So You’ll remove the idols from their mind
Impute Your Righteousness, make them purified.

So they can live do Your will
Commit sin no more, keep Your peace within
Obey Your Law and keep the Faith
For this is the reason why they were made.

To testify that You’re God Alone
The One true God, who’s not made or formed
To worship You, and no one else
By a sinfree life, filled with Your Righteousness.

So would you surrender your heart to Him
Let Him cleanse you from sin, give you peace within
So you can become a child of His
Live a sinfree life, filled with His Righteousness.
